V Formation is delighted to announce that our senior account manager, Leah Bradley, has been promoted to head of marketing.
Leah’s promotion comes at a significant time for V Formation as we solidify our position as a fully integrated agency that provides a comprehensive range of marketing, PR and digital services to our clients.
A brilliant manager
With over 18 years’ experience in providing strategic marketing planning and communications advice to professional services firms and SMEs, Leah has a passion for delivering high quality marketing support that makes a real difference.
She joined V Formation in 2016, initially on a freelance basis, and has spent the last seven years working with many of our B2B clients across various sectors and managing a wide range of projects, from developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and launching new websites through to event management and creative content generation. Leah also works closely with V Formation’s directors to manage and lead the agency’s own marketing activities.
Calm, organised and great at seeing the bigger picture, she is a brilliant manager of both projects and people and has been instrumental as a mentor to many junior members of the V team over the years.
