V Formation is now a teenager and, to mark our milestone thirteenth birthday, we are delighted to announce long-planned promotions for three key members of our marketing and PR team.
Jemma Taylor-Smith promoted to Senior Marketing Consultant
Our experienced marketer, Jemma Taylor-Smith, is promoted to Senior Marketing Consultant after four years at V. Jemma works on a range of projects and campaigns across a variety of on and offline marketing channels, and has a particular interest in content production, both digitally and in print, branding, internal communications, social media management, and marketing strategy.
Jemma’s invaluable skills and knowledge come from her strong career background predominantly in professional services marketing.
Prior to joining V, she was Marketing and Business Development executive at business and financial advisers Grant Thornton plc, Marketing Executive at law firm Berryman (now part of Shakespeare Martineau) and Marketing Manager at executive leadership and development firm Awbery Management Centre.
“It has been a joy to be a part of V Formation’s growth over the last four years, welcoming new team members to support our increasing client base,” says Jemma. “As Senior Marketing Consultant, I have the opportunity to deliver even more strategic marketing support to our clients, alongside greater strategic involvement in the operational side of V Formation and its growth. I will continue to use my experience to help develop the skills and confidence of our junior marketers.

Senior Marketing Executive promotion for Amy Cooper
V Formation’s Amy Cooper is promoted to Senior Marketing Executive. A highly valued member of the team, Amy has gained significant digital marketing experience since joining V Formation in 2017 and has developed a particular talent for visual communication through designing and developing creative marketing collateral for both V Formation and its clients.
As Senior Marketing Executive, Amy will continue to manage client accounts and projects through implementing tactical marketing plans and co-ordinating the delivery of campaigns both on and offline.
Amy says: “Working at V Formation has given me a fantastic opportunity for personal development and career progression.
“Since joining the team, I have acquired a number of skills that enable me to make informed suggestions and decisions to add real value to my client relationships. I look forward to further developing my specialist skills as a Senior Marketing Executive.”
Beckie Chaddock promoted to PR & Marketing Executive
Beckie Chaddock is promoted to PR & Marketing Executive. The newest member of the V Formation team, Beckie joined us last year after completing the NTU Future You 12 week Internship Scheme. Since then, Beckie has taken on a wide range of responsibilities. These include PR and media liaison, creating blog and website content, writing and issuing press releases, and managing social media accounts.
Beckie says: “Over the last year I have learned how to use a variety of PR and marketing platforms through the ongoing learning and development opportunities that V Formation has consistently provided me with.
“I feel so lucky to be a part of such a fantastic team, and I look forward to working on even more exciting client projects in the future in my new role as PR & Marketing Executive.”
