Leah is our project management expert.

With a passion for delivering high quality marketing support that makes a real difference, Leah, our Senior Account Manager and Head of Marketing, is experienced in providing strategic marketing planning and communications advice to professional services firms and SMEs. Her diligent eye for detail and ability to see the bigger picture have also led to Leah becoming our go-to project manager. From organising events to developing new websites, she’s got it covered.

As well as being a marketing maestro, Leah is also a fantastic mentor to junior members of the team and enjoys supporting the overall development of V Formation by leading our own marketing initiatives.

Though she once completed a sky dive many moons ago above Queenstown, New Zealand, Leah has since traded in the daredevil lifestyle for more relaxing pastimes outside of work. When she’s not ferrying her three children around, you can find her enjoying a bit of retail therapy, planning the next family camping trip or soaking up the sun at any opportunity.
