The challenge
Although Perrymead’s properties were highly successful, the company faced challenges managing multiple individual property brands and their associated websites and social media channels. With no unified identity, the portfolio lacked cohesion, and potential leads were lost when individual properties were fully booked.
Perrymead Estates needed a solution that would:
- Bring all its properties under one clear, unified brand
- Create one easy-to-use website for tenants, businesses, and future clients
- Take the stress out of managing their marketing and admin
- Improve the visibility and promotion of Wheatcroft Business Park, which had minimal online presence and lower occupancy rates compared to the rest of the portfolio
Creating a unified brand for Perrymead
V Formation collaborated with our design partners, Fuse4, to design and develop a new website that served as the central hub for Perrymead Estates. The new site pulls together all the properties under one roof (if you’ll pardon the pun!), making it easier for clients to explore the full range of available accommodation options. Crucially, if one property is fully booked, the site can redirect potential tenants to others with availability, helping keep those leads within Perrymead rather than losing them elsewhere.
V Formation also conducted a thorough review of Perrymead’s social media channels, identifying the most relevant platforms for promoting the company and its properties. We then set up fresh LinkedIn profiles for Perrymead Estates and Wheatcroft Business Park, targeting professional audiences; set up a Facebook account for Wheatcroft Business Park to engage local communities; joined and actively participated in local community Facebook groups to raise awareness of Wheatcroft Business Park; and designed professional, consistent social media tiles that matched Perrymead’s new look.
Promoting Wheatcroft Business Park
Wheatcroft Business Park wasn’t getting the attention it deserved, so we developed a targeted PR campaign to get it firmly on the radar of both businesses and the local community. Our focused PR campaign included:
- Generating press releases tailored to regional business publications and local community newspapers
- Crafting advertorial content and placing ads in community newspapers
- Making the most of social media to highlight the availability of high-quality business spaces at Wheatcroft Business Park
The results
The project successfully brought Perrymead Estates’ diverse portfolio together into one cohesive and easily managed online presence. The new website streamlined administration, improved user experience, and ensured that potential leads were captured, even when individual properties were fully booked.
Wheatcroft Business Park, in particular, benefited from the focused PR push, with several new businesses moving in, giving the site a new lease of life.
By unifying the brand, strengthening the social media presence, and delivering targeted PR, V Formation ensured that Perrymead Estates could maintain its reputation for excellence while reaching new audiences and maximising the potential of its entire portfolio.

“The result is a website that is quite complex and extremely comprehensive from the back end, but attractive, engaging and easy to navigate from the front end. The site now provides Perrymead Estates with a one-stop shop for managing all its various premises and supporting its tenants.”
