Client and longstanding contact of V Formation, Lights On Consulting, has teamed up with two other specialist businesses to launch the Intuity Alliance, a unique advisory support and consulting service, providing integrated technology, operations and innovation advice to the legal and professional services sector.
The Intuity Alliance comprises three market-leading specialist businesses and combines the expertise of Peter Owen of Lights-On Consulting, Derek Southall of Hyperscale Group and Chris Bull of Kingsmead Square. The founding directors have many years’ combined experience in advising businesses and in-house functions, as well as having held C-Suite roles in three of the UK’s largest and most dynamic law firms.
V Formation worked with the founding partners to create the name for this new venture and supported them through the launch with PR, advertising and a new website created by design partner, Fuse4.
The alliance will provide innovative consultancy solutions to help business leaders across the legal and professional market to deliver positive transformation in their organisations, as Lights-On’s Peter Owen explains:
“Intuity Alliance focuses on the fast-changing and strategically imperative arena of technology, digital, operations and innovation.
“We share the vision that it is no longer effective in the modern professional organisation to address these areas in isolation and that an integrated, joined-up approach is necessary for solutions to be identified and to drive change.
Derek Southall said:
“The Intuity Alliance has the concepts of teamwork and deep experience at its core. We are individual businesses, each with its own specialist focus, but our integrated model ensures a cohesive and holistic service offering.
Chris Bull added:
“We are all actively engaged in the big changes taking place in the rapidly changing legal and professional market and united by our aspiration to support leaders across this market and beyond in finding effective solutions to those changes.”
The Intuity Alliance will offer the combined expertise of more than 20 senior consultants who will advise on a number of areas including strategy & planning, information technology, reviews & audits, procurement, innovation, digital, knowledge management, legal operations, and in-house systems. Advice will be delivered through specific projects and programmes, training and education as well as embedded, longer-term retained advisory appointments.
