Andy is our supreme strategist.

As strategic marketing director, Andy spearheads the planning and tactical delivery efforts across several of V Formation’s key accounts and helps us to identify and progress new, exciting business development opportunities.

With extensive marketing and communications experience working with consumer brands such as Capital One, Bunches.co.uk and Vision Express, along with health tech business Cambridge Sleep Sciences, Andy has worked with business of all shape and sizes throughout his career and excels at nurturing relationships with clients from all walks of life.

Whether it’s delivering national, large-scale campaigns (some of which have won actual awards!) or helping small but mighty businesses achieve incredible results, our clients know that their marketing activities are in safe hands with Andy at the helm.

Speaking of safe hands, a fun fact about Andy is that he turned down the opportunity to sign professionally as a goalkeeper when he was 16 so that he could continue his A-levels. Strong at decision making, cool under pressure, good at thinking on his feet – we reckon Notts County’s loss is V Formation’s gain! Plus, as a marketer, Andy has the freedom to really move the goalposts and think outside the box (we might be getting carried away with this analogy now…).

A keen guitarist and avid foodie, Andy has many loves in his life outside of work, but nothing comes close to a good walk in the great outdoors with his trusty sidekick, Lily the beagle.
